The suspect is a 77-year-old male from Little Falls, NJ. According to law enforcement officials, he overprescribed powerful opioids to the victim. Those prescription drugs eventually led to the victim overdosing and dying.

When police officers found the victim, his body was reportedly next to a prescription pill bottle. It is alleged that the suspect prescribed the deadly medication to the victim even after the victim’s mother pleaded with him to stop.

Detectives with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) went undercover and allegedly purchased painkillers from the suspect in exchange for illegal cash payments.

Last month, a grand jury indicted the suspect on multiple criminal charges for strict liability homicide and illegal distribution of prescription drugs.

The suspect’s wife was a receptionist at his doctor’s office in Little Falls, NJ. She also faces criminal charges in the drug case. Moreover, she has been charged with fraud crimes for money laundering, tax evasion, and conspiracy.

The Paterson Police Department got a call about the stabbing and sent cops to the area. By the time that Paterson police officers arrived at the apartment, the suspect was nowhere to be found.

The victim resided in Paterson, NJ. When police officers and paramedics found him, he was covered in blood and suffering from stab wounds.

The suspect, a 19-year-old man from Suffern, New York, is one of six men placed under arrest by the FBI for a carjacking and aggravated assault in 2015.

According to law enforcement, the suspect and his alleged co-conspirators robbed RD Benders Tavern in Hawthorne New Jersey on Christmas Day 2015 and stole approximately $200 in cash.

The next day, the suspects allegedly committed a carjacking and stole a cab driver’s vehicle in Paterson, New Jersey.

The suspects also allegedly kidnapped the cab driver and then stabbed him repeatedly with a knife before leaving him on the side of the road.

Now the Suffern New York suspect has avoided trial by reaching a plea agreement with federal prosecutors. The suspect will soon appear in US District Court in Newark so that the judge and sign off on the plea deal and formally sentence him. It is possible that the judge will sentence the suspect to life imprisonment.

Another suspect in the robbery and carjacking already reached a plea deal with prosecutors.

The violent incident happened at a deli in Paterson, New Jersey. According to law enforcement, Fetty Wap and another rapper began to argue while they were inside the deli. The dispute reportedly escalated and became physical when the rappers moved outside.

During the violent altercation, at least two people allegedly brandished handguns and fired gunshots. Three people reportedly sustained gunshot wounds. (The rapper Fetty Wap was not among the victims.)

Paterson New Jersey detectives conducted an investigation into the shooting and identified a suspect. He was arrested and charged with multiple crimes, including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and armed robbery.

Paterson NJ police later arrested a second suspect: a 34-year-old man from Paterson. He has been charged with numerous crimes, including attempted murder and unlawful possession of a weapon.

The second suspect is reportedly the manager of Fetty Wap’s record label.

The suspect is a 57-year-old resident of Butler, New Jersey. She was cited for numerous traffic offenses, including drunk driving, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident, eluding law enforcement, and driving with an open container of alcohol.
