The suspect is a 29-year-old man from East Orange, NJ. He was reportedly among a group of men who robbed a bar in Passaic, New Jersey.

The suspect reportedly brandished a gun during the September 2015 armed robbery and threatened to shoot a bar employee.

Authorities eventually identified the alleged robbers and arrested them. The East Orange NJ suspect was subsequently charged with multiple crimes, including armed robbery and weapons offenses.

The suspect managed to avoid trial in the case by reaching a plea deal with the U.S. Attorney’s Office and pleading guilty to armed robbery. The suspect will have to appear in U.S. District Court in September 2017 for official sentencing.

Two other suspects were also charged for the Passaic armed robbery. Those suspects, a 32-year-old Irvington NJ man and a 28-year-old South Orange man, were indicted by a grand jury in March 2017.

Bloomingdale NJ Sex Crime SuspectA convicted sex offender was placed under arrest in Bloomingdale NJ and charged with child pornography distribution.

The suspect is a 41-year-old man who lives in Bloomingdale, New Jersey. He was previously convicted on aggravated sexual assault charges and ordered to register as a convicted sex offender under NJ Megan’s Law.

The suspect’s sentence for the earlier conviction includes a prohibition against Internet usage. Additionally, the suspect is subject to parole supervision for life.

The Passaic County Sheriff’s Office found out that the suspect may have been storing illegal child pornography on his personal computer, so authorities launched an investigation. Police later executed a search warrant at the suspect’s Bloomingdale house and allegedly discovered 10 files with videos of child pornography.

The suspect now faces charges for numerous sexual offenses, including distribution of child pornography and possession of child pornography.

After being placed under arrest and charged, the suspect was remanded to the Passaic County Jail in Paterson, New Jersey.

Clifton NJ Drug Crime AttorneysElmwood Park NJ law enforcement recently arrested two Clifton NJ residents who allegedly possessed crack cocaine.

The suspects are a 33-year-old Clifton woman and a 42-year-old Clifton man. The suspects allegedly committed the drug offense while driving a car through Passaic County and Bergen County, NJ.

Paterson cops were on patrol when they allegedly saw the suspects engaging in a drug deal in Paterson, NJ. Paterson police notified Elmwood Park police, which sent officers to the area for “mobile surveillance.”

Elmwood Park police officers later pulled over the suspects’ car on Route 46 in Elmwood Park, NJ. A subsequent search of the motor vehicle by police allegedly led to the discovery of crack cocaine.

Police arrested the suspects and charged them with multiple drug crimes, including possession of crack cocaine.

After being placed under arrest and processed, the suspects were released with a pending court date in Bergen County, NJ.

Hawthorne NJ Robbery Law FirmA Little Falls man is likely headed to prison after he recently admitted to robbing a bank in Hawthorne, NJ.

The suspect, a 45-year-old man from Little Falls, NJ, allegedly committed the theft offense on February 17, 2016 at a TD Bank located in Hawthorne.

According to law enforcement, the suspect walked into the bank, approached a teller, and gave the bank employee a note that demanded cash.

The suspect reportedly stole $1,360 before walking out of the bank and fleeing the scene in a car with Pennsylvania license plates.

Police soon arrived at the scene to investigate and later found the suspect’s getaway vehicle being driven by another man. That man eventually admitted to his role in the Hawthorne NJ bank robbery.

Meanwhile, the main suspect was charged with a federal crime for bank robbery. Since the suspect did not use a handgun during the bank robbery, however, federal prosecutors did not charge him with any weapons offenses.

The suspect managed to avoid trial in the theft crime case by reaching a plea agreement with the U.S. Attorney’s Office. The suspect recently pleaded guilty to one count of bank robbery.

He will have to appear in U.S. District Court, located in Newark, in September for an official sentencing hearing. At that time, he will face a potential sentence of 20 years behind bars and a $250K fine.

Passaic NJ Criminal Law FirmPassaic New Jersey police are searching for a suspect in a fatal shooting on a city street.

The shooting incident happened around 11:21 p.m. on Federal Street in Passaic, NJ. Two people, a 23-year-old Passaic NJ man and a 20-year-old Woodland Park NJ man, were walking in the area when someone used a firearm to shoot them.

The Passaic Police Department got a 911 call about gunshots being fired and dispatched police officers and emergency medical responders to the scene. Paramedics took the two shooting victims to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey.

Doctors at the Paterson NJ hospital pronounced the Passaic NJ victim dead a short time after arrival. Meanwhile, doctors treated the Woodland Park victim for his gunshot wounds and later released him.

The Passaic Police Department and the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office are actively investigating the violent incident. If authorities can identify and capture the shooter, that person would likely be charged with first degree murder, aggravated assault, and weapons offenses.

Passaic NJ Theft SuspectNorth Jersey police are attempting to find a Passaic woman who allegedly committed several pickpocket thefts at grocery stores and supermarkets.

The suspect was identified by law enforcement as a 47-year-old woman who lives in Passaic, NJ. She also reportedly has a previous address in Lodi, New Jersey.

According to Clifton authorities, the suspect committed at least five pickpocket thefts, as well as credit card fraud, in different areas of North Jersey. The suspect reportedly targeted women at supermarkets. The victims would put their purses in grocery store shopping carts and then look for food on aisles. While they did this, the suspect allegedly snatched wallets from the purses.

Police eventually identified the suspect and got warrants for her arrest. If authorities can eventually locate and arrest the suspect, she would face very serious charges for theft of movable property.

Paterson Aggravated Manslaughter ChargesPaterson New Jersey police recently arrested a local woman accused of killing the family member of an ex-boyfriend.

The suspect is a 27-year-old woman from Paterson, NJ. She allegedly used a kitchen knife to fatally stab a 31-year-old Paterson man during an argument on the porch at her home on North 7th Street in Paterson, New Jersey.

According to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office, the suspect got into a heated argument with her boyfriend, a 40-year-old man from Paterson, New Jersey.

The victim was transported to nearby St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

The suspect was later arrested and charged with multiple crimes, including aggravated manslaughter and weapons offenses.

Moreover, since the violent incident that allegedly led to the homicide involved a person who was dating the suspect, it is possible that law enforcement may classify the altercation as a domestic violence incident.

Paterson NJ Homicide SuspectA Paterson NJ firefighter has been charged with murder in connection with the shooting death of a man.

The suspect is a 30-year-old resident of Paterson, New Jersey. He is also employed as a member of the Paterson Fire Department, for which he has worked since June 2012.

The fatal shooting happened around 4:45 p.m. in the area of Madison Street and Essex Street in Paterson, New Jersey. According to law enforcement officials, the suspect was one of multiple people who may have committed the violent crime and shot the 39-year-old victim.

Paterson emergency responders and police officers rushed to the scene, found the victim, and transported him via ambulance to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center. As soon as the victim got to the Paterson hospital, he underwent emergency surgery to try to save his life. Tragically, doctors could not save the victim; he was pronounced dead a few hours after arrival.

The suspect faces several criminal charges, including first degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, unlawful possession of a handgun, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

Paterson NJ Sex Crime SuspectA Paterson man is accused of possessing and distributing images of child pornography.

According to authorities, the 29-year-old resident of Paterson NJ stored more than 500 child pornography files on his computer.

Law enforcement learned about the suspect’s alleged sex crimes a few months ago and immediately launched an investigation.

Passaic County Sheriff’s officers eventually got a search warrant for the suspect’s residence in Paterson, NJ. While searching the home, police officers found, and seized, the suspect’s personal computer. An examination of the computer allegedly led to the discovery of files containing illegal sexual images of children. Moreover, the child porn files had allegedly been “prepared” for distribution through a file sharing program.

The suspect now faces multiple criminal charges for child pornography possession, child pornography distribution, and maintaining a file-sharing program for the purpose of storing child pornography.

Paterson New Jersey Robbery SuspectA Paterson New Jersey man has been sentenced to six years in federal prison after pleading guilty to charges for armed robbery.

The suspect, a 29-year-old resident of Paterson NJ, was accused of committing a violent home with another suspect, a 34-year-old man, on August 12, 2015. The suspects allegedly forced their way inside an apartment on 20th Avenue in Paterson, New Jersey.

According to law enforcement, the two robbers wore Passaic County Sheriff’s officer uniforms in order to gain access to the apartment.

The suspects reportedly believed that they would be robbing a rich businessman of $1 million that he kept stashed at the residence. However, the suspects were surprised to learn that a mother and her child had just moved into the apartment.

During the theft crime, the suspects allegedly brandished handguns and threatened the victims.

The Passaic County Sheriff’s Office and the FBI Newark Division conducted a joint investigation into the violent home invasion and eventually identified the suspects through surveillance footage.

The 29-year-old Paterson suspect managed to avoid trial in US District Court in Newark by reaching a plea deal with federal prosecutors. The suspect pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit robbery charges.

Now the suspect is set to spend six years in a federal penitentiary. He was recently sentenced by a U.S. District Court judge.
