Law enforcement conducted a detailed investigation that lasted four months and then executed search warrants at location in four counties including Passaic County, Bergen County, Sussex County, and Morris County.

When police carried out the drug raids, they allegedly discovered 10 pounds of marijuana, nine pounds of THC wax, and 1,000 grams of THC-infused candy. Police also reportedly found drug paraphernalia that included bongs and drug packaging materials.

One of the main suspects placed under arrest by police in connection with the drug ring is a 33-year-old Haskell NJ man. He faces criminal charges for leading a narcotics trafficking network and financial facilitation of criminal activity. If the suspect is ultimately convicted of being the leader of a drug trafficking network, he could potentially be sentenced to 10-20 years in New Jersey State Prison.

Among the other suspects placed under arrest by police are a 23-year-old Ringwood NJ woman and a 29-year-old female from Morris Plains, New Jersey. The Ringwood suspect has been charged with financial facilitation of criminal activity, while the Morris Plains NJ woman faces charges for maintaining or operated a drug production facility and possession with intent to distribute marijuana.

Paterson NJ Assault AttorneysPaterson New Jersey police are on the lookout for a man who reportedly committing a triple shooting on a city street.

The shooting went down around 5:20 a.m. in the area of East 42nd Street and Market Street in Paterson, NJ. According to Paterson officials, a large group of people was standing on the street when several individuals got into a verbal argument.

The verbal altercation soon became physical, with one of the individuals allegedly grabbing a handgun and firing several gunshots into the crowd of people. At least three people were reportedly struck by bullets during the shooting incident.

Among the shooting victims are a 19-year-old man, a 23-year-old man, and a 31-year-old man. All three victims reside in Paterson, New Jersey.

After being shot, the three victims were rushed to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson NJ. Doctors at the medical facility treated the victims for gunshot wounds. One of the victims was reportedly shot in the torso and the leg, while another victim sustained a gunshot wound to his torso. All three victims were listed in stable condition at the hospital.

Paterson NJ detectives are conducting an ongoing investigation into the shooting incident and trying to identify the suspect.

If law enforcement can eventually identify and locate the suspect, he would probably face serious criminal charges for aggravated assault and weapons offenses.

Paterson NJ Drug Crime LawyersA Paterson New Jersey man who pleaded guilty to illegally selling prescription drugs to drug addicts and drug dealers in North Jersey is now headed to prison.

The suspect is a 62-year-old man formerly resided in Paterson NJ. He was placed under arrest in July 2013 after police discovered more than 500 oxycodone pills at his home and in his car. He was later charged with numerous drug offenses.

The investigation into the suspect was part of an operation known as “Operation White Silk,” with detectives from the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice, the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office, and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) looking into allegations that the suspect supplied drug dealers in North Jersey with up to 1,000 prescription pills and prescription opioids on a weekly basis. The suspect reportedly employed drug runners who would go around North Jersey neighborhoods and secure prescription drugs like oxycodone, Percocet, and Xanax from local residents with extra medication. The suspect subsequently sold the prescription medication at a marked-up price, primarily targeting drug addicts and other drug dealers.

Earlier this year, the suspect pleaded guilty to very serious criminal charges of promoting organized street crime. The guilty plea came as part of a plea deal with New Jersey State prosecutors.

Now the suspect has been sentenced to a term of incarceration of 10 years in NJ State Prison, which is on the low end of the sentencing range for a first degree drug crime.

Passaic County NJ Drug Distribution SuspectsPassaic County police and other law enforcement agencies in North Jersey recently arrested several people on marijuana distribution charges after carrying out drug raids.

According to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office, police investigated the suspects for more than four months before eventually securing search warrants and arrest warrants. The drug distribution organization reportedly operated out of multiple North Jersey counties, including Passaic County, Morris County, Bergen County, and Sussex County.

During the raids, Passaic County police reportedly seized a large amount of illegal drugs, including roughly 10 pounds of marijuana, nine pounds of THC wax, and 1,000 grams of candy filled with THC. Police also allegedly found almost $270K in cash and a large quantity of drug paraphernalia, including items used to package marijuana.

Police arrested numerous suspects, including a 33-year-old Haskell man, a 23-year-old man from Ringwood NJ, and a 29-year-old Morris Plains man. All of the suspects face very serious drug crime charges.

The suspect from Haskell NJ, which is part of Wanaque, has been charged with being a leader of a narcotics trafficking network. If the suspect is convicted of leading a narcotics trafficking network, he could potentially be sentenced to up to 20 years in NJ State Prison.

Clifton NJ Carjacking Law FirmPolice in Clifton New Jersey are on the lookout for four suspects accused of committing a carjacking and robbery.

According to authorities, the crimes went down just after 9:30 p.m. on the 100 block of Highland Avenue in Clifton, NJ. The driver parked the motor vehicle on the side of the roadway and was subsequently approached by the four male suspects.

Two of the suspects allegedly carried handguns and pointed the weapons at the victims as they ordered them to get out of the car. The victims in the vehicle included a NY man, two Passaic NJ men, and two women from Passaic. There was also an infant in the car at the time of the carjacking.

After the victims exited the vehicle, one of the suspects reportedly threatened a female victim and forced her to hand over jewelry.

The suspects, four Hispanic males in their 20s, reportedly got into the car and fled the scene.

Thankfully, nobody sustained any injuries during the carjacking.

Clifton Police Department detectives are currently investigating the theft crime. Investigators have not yet been able to determine the identities of the suspects.

If law enforcement can identify and apprehend the carjacking suspects, the culprits would probably be in store for severe criminal penalties. As set forth by N.J.S.A. 2C:15-2, carjacking is a first degree criminal offense. Although most first degree felonies in NJ come with a maximum penalty of 20 years in New Jersey State Prison, carjacking is punishable by as many as 30 years in state prison.

Paterson NJ Carjacking LawyersPaterson New Jersey police recently apprehended a Hackensack NJ man accused of committing a carjacking.

The theft went down around 10:00 p.m. According to authorities, the suspect walked toward the driver of a 1998 Toyota Camry in the area of the intersection of Broadway and Main Street in Paterson, New Jersey.

The suspect allegedly pointed a firearm at the victim and ordered him to exit the vehicle. The suspect then allegedly got into the Camry and sped off, traveling east on Broadway.

The victim subsequently went to Paterson NJ police headquarters and told police about the carjacking incident.

A couple of Paterson NJ police officers later saw the stolen car traveling on 16th Avenue in Paterson. The cops were able to get the suspect to stop the vehicle at the intersection of 16th Avenue and Carroll Street.

The suspect, a 37-year-old male from Hackensack, faces criminal charges for carjacking. As set forth by N.J.S.A. 2C:15-2, carjacking is classified as a first degree felony. While most first degree crimes typically carry a maximum penalty of 20 years in New Jersey State Prison, a conviction for first degree carjacking could lead to a sentence of up to 30 years in state prison.

Clifton NJ Aggravated Assault AttorneysClifton New Jersey police are trying to find a teenage suspect who allegedly robbed a homeless woman and then assaulted a homeless man.

According to Clifton authorities, the robbery attempt occurred around 9:00 p.m. near Parker Avenue and Highland Avenue in Clifton, NJ. The suspect reportedly walked up to a 59-year-old homeless woman who was sitting against a wall and tried to steal her cell phone, as well as a pack of cigarettes.

The victim’s friend, a homeless man, saw the robbery attempt and tried to intervene. The suspect allegedly responded by grabbing a knife and attempting to slash the male victim. It is also believed that the suspect may have been in possession of a handgun at the time of the violent incident.

The suspect ultimately left the scene without getting the female victim’s cell phone. He was last seen running away and fleeing the area on foot.

The Clifton NJ Police Department dispatched officers to the scene to investigate. Members of the Clifton Fire Department also came to the scene to provide medical treatment to the victims.

If law enforcement can identify and apprehend the suspect, he would probably be charged with multiple crimes, including robbery and aggravated assault.

According to authorities, the violent incident occurred after 5:00 a.m. The incident began with a verbal altercation among a group of people standing on East 42nd Street in Paterson, NJ. At some point, the verbal dispute turned physical, with at least one of the individuals allegedly taking out a handgun and firing several gunshots.

The gunshots reportedly struck three people, leaving there with significant physical injuries. One of the victims sustained wounds to his torso and his leg. Another victim suffered an injury to his torso. A third victim suffered a minor graze wound to his arm.

All three victims were taken to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson NJ, where doctors provided them with medical treatment for their gunshot-related injuries. Hospital officials later said that the victims were in stable condition.

Detectives with the Paterson Police Department are investigating the shooting incident and searching for the suspect.

If Paterson NJ police can eventually determine the identity of the suspect, he would probably be charged with aggravated assault. As set forth by N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1(b), aggravated assault with a deadly weapon such as a handgun is a third degree crime. A conviction on third degree aggravated assault charges could result in a sentence of 3-5 years in NJ State Prison.

Passaic County NJ Drug Crime SuspectsPassaic County authorities arrested four individuals who were allegedly part of a major cocaine distribution ring.

The suspects have been accused of selling cocaine throughout Passaic County NJ, including Belleville, Clifton, and Passaic. The Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office started to investigate the suspects after getting a report of illegal drug sales. Detectives with the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office conducted the investigation with assistance from the Clifton Police Department, the Passaic Police Department, and the New Jersey Division of the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA). The investigation took six months and eventually led to search warrants being issued.

Passaic County authorities subsequently executed 10 search warrants, seized a large quantity of illegal drugs, and arrested the four suspects.

Among the suspects who were arrested are a 37-year-old Clifton NJ man, a 29-year-old male from Passaic, a 42-year-old Belleville NJ man, and a 59-year-old man who lives in Passaic. All four suspects face criminal charges for conspiracy to distribute cocaine.

The 29-year-old Passaic NJ suspect also faces criminal charges for obstruction of justice because he allegedly tampered with evidence in the case. Additionally, the Belleville suspect was charged with resisting arrest.

It is expected that Passaic County law enforcement will make additional arrests in connection with the cocaine ring in the weeks ahead.

Clifton NJ Aggravated Assault LawyersClifton New Jersey police are on the lookout for suspects accused of committing violent assaults in separate incidents over a single weekend.

Both assaults reportedly resulted in serious personal injuries for the victims.

The first assault was reportedly committed around 1:45 a.m. on Saturday. Several Hispanic males allegedly walked up to the victim, a 38-year-old Passaic man, while he was asleep in a public park near Parker Avenue. The suspects allegedly started to attack the victim, including kicking and punching him.

The suspects then fled the scene on foot. According to law enforcement, the attack may have been an attempted robbery.

Afterwards, the victim was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital in Passaic, New Jersey. Hospital officials later listed the victim in stable condition.

The second assault occurred just before 1:00 a.m. on Sunday. The victim was a 54-year-old man from Clifton, NJ. A number of men allegedly assaulted him on a Clifton street and stole his cell phone.

Not long after that, two Clifton patrol officers saw one of the suspects in the second attack. The police officers followed the suspect and arrested him. He was later charged with robbery.
