The homicide went down on September 4, but law enforcement was only recently able to connect the suspect to the killing.

The victim, a 19-year-old man, was walking on Lafayette Street in Paterson’s Fourth Ward when the suspect allegedly moved toward him and fired several gunshots.

The Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office and the Paterson Police Department investigated the homicide and followed multiple leads in the case. Authorities eventually determined that the suspect was the person who likely committed the fatal shooting.

The suspect is a 26-year-old resident of Paterson, New Jersey. He has been charged with a number of crimes, including first degree murder and unlawful possession of a weapon.

If the suspect is ultimately convicted of first degree murder, he could end up spending the rest of his life behind bars. Wayne NJ Motel Assault ChargesPolice recently arrested three suspects and are still looking for two other suspects in a violent kidnapping and assault crime at a Wayne NJ motel.

The five men reportedly forced their way inside a motel room at the Wayne Inn, which is located in Wayne, New Jersey. Once the suspects had entry to the room, they allegedly assaulted one of the occupants. They then reportedly told the victim that his girlfriend had been kidnapped and that she would be murdered if he did not provide them with a ransom of $2,000 in cash.

The victims reportedly sustained serious injuries when the suspects assaulted him and stole his wallet, as well as a prescription bottle containing his medication.

Meanwhile, the suspects allegedly held the victim’s girlfriend hostage at a house in Paterson, New Jersey. Wayne NJ police officers later located the female victim, rescued her, and arrested three of the suspects who allegedly kidnapped her in the first place.

The suspects all face very serious criminal charges for kidnapping, aggravated assault, robbery, conspiracy, and criminal coercion.

The two suspects who remain at large are said to be armed and dangerous, so anyone who sees the men should immediately contact law enforcement.

The men who were already arrested are currently being held at the Passaic County Jail while awaiting resolution of the criminal case.

Passaic NJ Sexual Assault SuspectPolice officers arrested a man who allegedly sexually assaulted two female girls in Passaic, New Jersey.

According to Passaic County NJ prosecutors, the suspect committed the sex offenses at a residence in Passaic, NJ. The victims were reportedly nine years old and 12 years old, respectively.

As soon as local law enforcement was made aware of the sex crime allegations, they notified the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit. The special agency subsequently started an investigation into the suspect. Detectives spoke with the victims, gathered evidence in the case, and eventually placed the suspect under arrest.

The suspect is a 37-year-old man who lives in Passaic, New Jersey. He has been charged with several sex crimes, including aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, and endangering the welfare of a child.

If the suspect is convicted of aggravated sexual assault, he could potentially be sentenced to 20 years in prison. That’s because aggravated sexual assault is classified as a first degree crime and carries a penalty of 10-20 years in NJ State Prison.

The suspect would also be subject to Megan’s Law sex offender registration requirements if convicted of a sexual offense in New Jersey.

When Paterson cops got to the area, they came across the victim lying on the pavement. The victim had sustained a significant physical injury and was transported to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center. The victim resided in Paterson New Jersey and was only 21 years of age at the time of his death.

The violent incident went down around 6:30 p.m. at a home on Dalewood Road in Clifton, NJ. The Clifton Police Department got a number of reports about a disturbance at the house and sent police officers to the area. When Clifton NJ officers arrived at the residence, they tried to talk to the suspect. However, the suspect reportedly barricaded himself inside a bedroom and refused to leave.

The suspect reportedly shouted at the police officers and threatened to kill anyone who tried to enter the home.

Around an hour after police arrived at the scene, the suspect allegedly used his firearm to shoot at least one bullet out of his house. The bullet did not hit anyone and no one was injured during the incident.

The Passaic County Sheriff’s Department SWAT Team and the Clifton Police Hostage Negotiation Team assisted the Clifton Police Department during the threat situation. Police eventually apprehended the suspect when members of the SWAT team entered the home. The suspect was placed under arrest roughly seven hours after police first arrived at the scene.

The suspect was evaluated at the St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson NJ, then later transported to the Passaic County Correctional Facility.

The suspect has been charged with multiple criminal offenses, including unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and terroristic threats.

Paterson NJ Aggravated Assault SuspectNew York law enforcement recently arrested a second suspect in the shooting a young boy in Paterson, NJ.

The violent incident went down on February 29, 2016 outside a home located on Rosa Parks Boulevard in Paterson, New Jersey. The suspects allegedly used handguns to fire gunshots during a possible gang-related shooting, with at least one of the bullets going through a window at the residence and hitting the seven-year-old victim in his shoulder.

The young victim, who was at home with his grandmother at the time of the shooting, managed to grab the phone and dial 911 to notify the Paterson Police Department. Paterson police officers and emergency crews rushed the scene and subsequently took the boy to a local hospital for emergency medical treatment.

Paterson NJ detectives investigated the violent incident and determined that the boy was not the intended target of the shooting.

Two months after the shooting, police officers apprehended a suspect in the case. That man, Justin Pope, is reportedly a rapper from Paterson, New Jersey. He faces very serious criminal charges for attempted murder.

Now police officers have arrested a second suspect in connection with the shooting of the young victim. The second suspect was captured by NYPD officers after he allegedly shoplifted from a New York City store.

The second shooting suspect, a 28-year-old Paterson NJ man, faces criminal charges for aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and unlawful possession of a weapon. The second suspect has not yet been charged with attempted murder.

Wayne New Jersey Burglary ChargesA Paterson NJ man allegedly burglarized a car parked in a Wayne high school parking lot just five minutes after he was released from police custody for earlier charges of burglary and heroin possession.

According to law enforcement, the suspect was initially placed under arrest around 1:15 p.m. at the Willowbrook Mall in Wayne, NJ. The Wayne Police Department sent cops to the mall parking lot after receiving a report of the suspect smashing the window of a motor vehicle at the Willowbrook Malle Park & Ride. Additionally, the suspect allegedly kicked in the window of another car in order to steal a woman’s handbag from the vehicle.

When Wayne NJ police officers got to the scene, they tracked down the suspect on a bus that was about to depart the mall parking lot.

A subsequent search of the suspect allegedly led to the discovery of two glassine bags filled with heroin. As a result, the suspect was charged with possession of heroin. The suspect was also charged with several other crimes, including burglary, theft of movable property, and defiant trespassing. The trespassing charges stemmed from an earlier incident that led to the suspect being banned from setting foot on Willowbrook Mall property.

The suspect was released from police custody at 2:30 p.m., only to almost immediately commit another crime, according to authorities. Wayne NJ cops reportedly watched the suspect as he walked to a nearby high school parking lot, broke into a car, and stole multiple items of clothing.

The suspect, who lives in Paterson NJ, was then placed under arrest once against and charged with more counts of burglary and theft.

A short time later, a 48-year-old man with gunshot-related injuries showed up at the St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey. The victim later talked to Paterson cops and said that he was shot while standing with several other people. Apparently, multiple individuals pulled up in an SUV, got out of the vehicle, and fired gunshots into the crowd of people.

The second shooting went down the same night, with an 18-year-old man suffering very serious injuries. According to officials, the victim was shot in the torso while walking on 12th Avenue in Paterson, New Jersey. The victim later arrived at the Paterson hospital so that he could be treated for his gunshot wounds.

The suspect reportedly committed the crime late at night. According to officials, the suspect was walking in the area of Cathedral Avenue and Orange Street in Nutley NJ when he began to harass multiple people who were also walking on the sidewalk at the time. One of the harassment victims dialed 911 and contacted the local police department, which subsequently sent cops to the scene.

When police officers got to the area, they saw the suspect and attempted to talk to him. However, at some point the suspect allegedly got into one of the police patrol cars and drove away. Police officers pursued the suspect in what turned into a high-speed pursuit through Nutley and Clifton, New Jersey.

The police chase came to an end when the suspect crashed the patrol car on the Passaic Avenue Ramp just north of the Route 3 overpass in Clifton, New Jersey.

Three people were injured in the motor vehicle accident.

The suspect was placed under arrest and will probably face a host of criminal charges, including auto theft.
