According to Clifton law enforcement, the suspects committed the burglary around 4:00 a.m. at a residence located near Montclair Avenue and Circle Avenue in Clifton, NJ.

The Clifton Police Department got a call about a burglary in progress at the house and sent officers to the scene. When Clifton officers arrived at the residence, they reportedly saw the three suspects trying to hide behind a van parked on Norwood Avenue.

Two of the suspects reportedly attempted to flee police by running toward a nearby yard. Police officers with the Clifton Police Department and the Passaic County Sheriff’s Department then established a perimeter around the suspects.

When arresting the suspects, Clifton police allegedly discovered a handgun hidden in a pile of leaves.

The suspects include two teenagers – a 15-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy – as well as a 20-year-old male.

The 15-year-old suspect faces several criminal charges, including burglary, receiving stolen property, and resisting arrest. He has also been charged with intercepting police radio communications since the arresting officers allegedly found him with a police radio scanner.

Meanwhile, the other suspects are charged with several crimes as well, including burglary, receiving stolen property, resisting arrest, illegal possession of a handgun, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

The adult suspect faces additional criminal charges for employing a juvenile in the commission of a crime.

After being arrested and charged, the adult suspect was remanded to the Passaic County Jail, where he was being held in lieu of $100,000 bail. The 17-year-old suspect was taken to the Essex County Juvenile Detention Center, while the 15-year-old suspect was released into the custody of an adult.

According to authorities, the shooting happened on February 29, 2016.

Paterson Police Department detectives and Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office detectives conducted a joint investigation into the shooting and eventually determined that the suspect had probably fired the gunshot that went through a window at a residence on Rosa Parks Boulevard in Paterson, New Jersey. The victim struck by the bullet was a seven-year-old boy.

After being shot in the shoulder, the victim dialed 911 and notified the Paterson Police Department. He was then rushed to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson NJ so that he could be treated for his gunshot-related injuries.

The suspect is a 29-year-old man from Paterson. He was later located and arrested at a residence on 12th Avenue in Paterson, New Jersey.

The suspect has been charged with a number of criminal offenses, including attempted murder, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and possession of a defaced firearm.

After being placed under arrest and charged, the suspect was transported to Paterson police headquarters, where he was being held in advance of a bail hearing.

According to authorities, the scary theft incident went down around 12:15 a.m. The victim’s car was parked near Courtside Pub, which is located on Center Street in Clifton, New Jersey.

The suspects allegedly walked up to the victim and robbed him at gunpoint. During the theft, one of the suspects allegedly brandished a handgun and held the weapon to the victim’s head while demanding that he hand over cash and his car keys.

After getting the victim’s wallet and car keys, the suspects allegedly sped off in his vehicle.

Thankfully, the victim, a 27-year-old male who lives in Lodi, New Jersey, did not sustain any injuries during the robbery.

Clifton NJ police are investigating the robbery and attempting to determine the identities of the suspects. However, it has been difficult to figure out who the suspects are because they reportedly wore masks over their faces while committing the theft.

If Clifton NJ police can eventually identity and locate the suspects, they would probably face criminal charges for armed robbery. As set forth by N.J.S.A. 2C:15-1, a person who uses a deadly weapon like a gun or a knife to commit a theft can be charged with a first degree crime. A conviction on first degree armed robbery charges could lead to a sentence of 10-20 years in NJ State Prison.

Clifton New Jersey Robbery LawyersClifton NJ police are trying to find a man who allegedly committed an armed robbery at a local 7-Eleven store.

According to Clifton law enforcement, the theft incident went down around 1:02 a.m. The suspect allegedly entered the 7-Eleven convenience store on Main Avenue in Clifton and approached a cashier inside the store.

The suspect was reportedly flashing a knife while committing the theft. At one point, he allegedly ordered the store employee to open the cash register and hand over money. At another point during the robbery, the suspect allegedly used the knife to slash the cashier.

The suspect managed to get an undisclosed amount of cash from the register and then exited the 7-Eleven.

Clifton NJ police are currently investigating the robbery, but investigators have yet to identify the suspect. The suspect is described as a man in his 20s and with a medium build.

If Clifton New Jersey investigators can eventually determine the identity of the suspect, he would probably be subject to severe criminal penalties in conjunction with criminal charges for armed robbery, theft of movable property, aggravated assault, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. N.J.S.A. 2C:15-1 stipulates that anyone who uses a deadly weapon like a handgun or a knife while committing a theft can be charged with a first degree crime. A conviction on first degree armed robbery charges could result in a sentence of 10-20 years in New Jersey State Prison.

Paterson NJ Drug Crime LawyersPaterson NJ police recently arrested two people accused of possessing several packages of marijuana in their motor vehicle.

According to law enforcement, the suspects were pulled over by police while driving along Michigan Avenue in Paterson, New Jersey. Two Passaic County Sheriff’s officers reportedly saw that the suspects’ vehicle, a black Lexus, had tinted windows, which is a violation of the law. So the police officers pulled over the car.

When police officers ran a background check on the driver, they reportedly discovered that he did not have a valid NJ driver’s license.

Paterson police subsequently searched the suspects’ car and allegedly found multiple packages containing 147 grams of marijuana. Police also allegedly discovered $2,357 that may represent the proceeds of illegal drug activity.

The driver and a 17-year-old passenger were subsequently arrested and charged with drug offenses, including possession of marijuana.

If the adult suspect is ultimately convicted of marijuana possession, he would be in store for severe criminal penalties. As set forth by N.J.S.A. 2C:35-10(a)(3), anyone who possesses 50 grams or more of pot can be charged with a fourth degree crime. A conviction on fourth degree possession of marijuana charges could lead to a sentence of up to 18 months in NJ State Prison.

After being placed under arrest and processed, the suspects secured their release from police custody on their own recognizance.

Paterson New Jersey Drug RaidPaterson New Jersey police arrested four individuals after a drug raid at a local home.

According to law enforcement, the raid went down around 7:00 p.m. at a residence on 12th Avenue in Paterson, NJ. A number of law enforcement agencies carried out the raid, including the Paterson Police Narcotics Division, the Paterson Police Gang Violence Interdiction Unit, and the Paterson Police Emergency Response Team.

During the raid, police officers reportedly discovered multiple packages of illicit drugs and two guns: a 20-gauge sawed-off shotgun and a defaced semi-automatic handgun.

The four suspects who were placed under arrest at the scene included a 54-year-old Paterson NJ man, a 43-year-old Paterson NJ man, a 33-year-old Paterson NJ man, and a 46-year-old man from Connecticut.

The 54-year-old Paterson NJ suspect has been charged with numerous crimes, including cocaine possession and marijuana possession. Paterson police allegedly found him in possession of 90 baggies of crack cocaine and 23 baggies of marijuana.

The other two suspects from Paterson have also been charged with possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana.

The Connecticut suspect faces criminal charges for illegal possession of a handgun because police officers allegedly found him carrying a loaded .380-caliber semi-automatic gun.

After the raid was executed, the Paterson police director issued an official statement and said that the Paterson Police Department plans to target individuals who distribute illegal narcotics and guns in Passaic County, New Jersey.

Paterson New Jersey Cocaine LawyersLaw enforcement recently arrested two people accused of possessing $25,000 worth of cocaine at a residence in Paterson, New Jersey.

According to officials, the arrests were made as the end of a detailed investigation conducted by the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office. Police opened the investigation after getting an anonymous tip that one of the suspects was using his house, which is located on Totowa Avenue in Paterson, to distribute cocaine.

During the investigation, police reportedly found out that the suspect was also using his motor vehicle, a 2004 BMW 530, to transport cocaine for illegal distribution.

Passaic County authorities conducted surveillance on the suspect’s home and trailed him as he drove off in his BMW.

Police officers eventually pulled over the suspect and searched his car, reportedly leading to the discovery of 26 baggies of cocaine. The baggies were allegedly hidden inside a lint roller.

After allegedly discovering the illegal narcotics, Passaic County police placed the suspect under arrest.

Police also arrested another man in the vehicle because he was reportedly in possession of two baggies of cocaine.

When Passaic County detectives returned to the main suspect’s house, they searched the premises and allegedly found another 470 grams of raw cocaine, a .22-caliber Jennings semi-automatic handgun reported stolen out of Ohio, and more than $1,000 in cash.

Both suspects face criminal charges for multiple drug offenses, including possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. The main suspect also faces charges for illegal possession of a handgun.

Moreover, the suspects, who both live in the Bronx, New York, are reportedly undocumented immigrants. As a result, they could be subject to deportation proceedings after the criminal matter is resolved.

Passaic NJ Assault ChargesPassaic New Jersey police recently apprehended a man accused of stabbing a person at residence in NY.

The violent incident occurred in November 2015. According to the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office, the suspect grabbed a knife and stabbed someone in the back and stomach at a home in Staten Island NY.

New York law enforcement investigated the incident and obtained an arrest warrant. However, NY authorities could not locate the suspect until now.

Once NY State officials became aware of the suspect’s whereabouts, they notified the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office. Detectives with the sheriff’s office then tracked down the suspect at a residence located on Aspen Place in Passaic, NJ.

The 42-year-old suspect, who resides in Staten Island, New York, has been charged with assault in NY. Additionally, the suspect has been charged with being a fugitive from justice.

After being arrested and charged in the case, the suspect was taken to the Passaic County Jail in Paterson, New Jersey. He was being held at the correctional facility until officials could extradite him back to NY.

The non-fatal shooting happened during the early morning hours. According to Paterson NJ law enforcement, the victim was visiting a house on the 200 block of Governor Street in Paterson, NJ.

The Paterson Police Department got multiple calls about a shooting and immediately sent police officers to the scene. When officers got to the residence, they found the victim inside the home and suffering from a gunshot wound to his hip area.

The victim, a 42-year-old male who lives in Teaneck, New Jersey, was transported to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center, where doctors provided him with medical treatment for his injuries. The victim was later listed in critical condition.

Paterson police are currently investigating the shooting and looking for a suspect. Detectives reportedly spoke with witnesses and canvassed the neighborhood.

If police are eventually able to identify and capture suspect in the shooting, the offender would probably be subject to severe criminal penalties. As set forth by N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1(b), a person who commits an aggravated assault while using a deadly weapon like a gun or a knife can be charged with a second degree criminal offense. A conviction for second degree aggravated assault charges could result in a sentence of 5-10 years in NJ State Prison.

Wayne NJ Theft by Deception LawyersWayne NJ police recently arrested a man who allegedly defrauded a local woman out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

The theft was reportedly committed over a three-month period, from April 2012 to July 2012. According to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office, the suspect stole the funds from the victim after meeting her through an online dating website.

Once the victim and the suspect had entered into a relationship, the suspect allegedly talked her into letting him invest cash from her 401(k) retirement plan. He reportedly told the victim that he would get her an annual return of six percent on her money. However, the suspect reportedly never invested the victim’s money, instead deciding to use the cash to cover his own personal expenses.

The victim also allegedly allowed the suspect to use her personal credit cards.

In total, the 45-year-old suspect reportedly stole $200,000 from the victim.

The suspect, who resides in Wayne, New Jersey, faces criminal charges for theft by deception and theft by failure to make required disposition.

If the suspect is convicted of theft by deception, he would be subject to severe penalties. The large amount of money that was allegedly stolen means the suspect could be sentenced to as many as 25 years in NJ State Prison.
