Wayne NJ Credit Card Theft LawyersA Wayne NJ man was recently arrested and charged with credit card fraud after he allegedly used a stolen credit card to make purchases at stores in Secaucus, New Jersey.

The suspect is a 40-year-old man from Wayne, New Jersey. According to authorities, the suspect stole a credit card, among other items, from two people at Retro Fitness on Meadowlands Parkway in Secaucus, NJ.

The victims notified law enforcement about the theft incident, but the suspect was still allegedly able to use the stolen credit card to buy $1,500 in gift cards and other items at stores that included Home Depot, Best Buy, and Walmart.

Detectives with the Secaucus Police Department investigated the credit card theft and eventually arrested the suspect. Secaucus NJ law enforcement was assisted in the investigation by police in Hackensack and River Edge.

The suspect has now been charged with multiple counts of fraudulent use of a credit card and receiving stolen property.
