Paterson Aggravated Assault LawyersPaterson New Jersey police recently arrested a man who allegedly shot someone on a city street.

The suspect, a 45-year-old resident of Paterson NJ, reportedly used a gun to shoot a 51-year-old man who was walking along the 100 block of Cedar Street in Paterson, NJ.

The victim was rushed to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center and treated for serious injuries. According to law enforcement, the victim suffered a gunshot wound to the leg.

Paterson NJ police detectives investigated the non-fatal shooting incident and eventually identified the suspect as the person who may have been responsible for the violent crime.

Police officers then located and arrested the suspect at a house on Straight Street in Paterson, New Jersey.

The suspect faces numerous criminal charges, including attempted murder, aggravated assault, and multiple weapons offenses.

After being placed under arrest and charged, the suspect was remanded to the Passaic County Jail.
