New Jersey police are on the lookout for information about the suspects who allegedly robbed three liquor stores in North Jersey towns, including a store in Wayne, New Jersey.
The suspects have been accused of robbing Bottle King businesses in Wayne, Glen Rock, and Livingston. According to law enforcement officials, the robberies occurred during the same week.
After the most recent theft incident in Livingston NJ, detectives recognized the same pattern in all three robberies. A couple of suspects allegedly entered the store, put various items into shopping carts, and then quickly ran out of the store with the carts while store employees were distracted.
Once outside the liquor store, the suspects would hop into a parked vehicle and drive off. The suspects allegedly fled the Wayne robbery in a white Honda Accord and fled the Livingston NJ robbery in a gray BMW.
According to authorities, the suspects stole liquor and other merchandise valued at thousands of dollars.
Wayne NJ police recently released video surveillance images of the suspects. Any members of the public who have information about the suspects should get in touch with detectives at 973-633-6528.
If detectives are ultimately able to determine the identities of the suspects, criminal charges for robbery and theft of movable property would probably be forthcoming.
