Hardyston New Jersey Marijuana AttorneysHardyston New Jersey police conducted a drug bust and apprehended two men who allegedly ran a drug production operation.

According to law enforcement, the arrests were made at the conclusion of an investigation that took five months. A number of different law enforcement agencies worked together on the investigation, including the Hardyston Police Department, the Ringwood Police Department, the Wanaque Police Department, the Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office, the US Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), and New Jersey State Police.

During the raid, Hardyston NJ police reportedly found eight pounds of raw marijuana, in addition to several marijuana-based products. Among the items seized by police were 10 pounds of cubed marijuana candy, 169 containers of marijuana vape oil, a tray of marijuana butter, numerous pot brownies, 50 bongs, and several plastic bags and scales. Police officers also allegedly discovered, and seized, approximately $15,000 in cash.

The suspects, a 30-year-old Hardyston NJ man and a 31-year-old Hardyston NJ man, were arrested and charged with numerous drug offenses, including operating a drug production facility, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute hashish, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

One suspect also faces criminal charges for possession of cocaine because detectives allegedly discovered him with a small amount of cocaine.
