Totowa NJ Attempted Murder LawyersTotowa New Jersey police recently arrested a man accused of assaulting a QuickChek store employee.

The violent assault reportedly occurred around 3:00 a.m. According to authorities, the 34-year-old suspect walked into the QuickChek located on Union Boulevard in Totowa, NJ and approached a female worker. The suspect then allegedly attacked the store worker.

The suspect allegedly brandished a knife and repeatedly slashed the victim. Additionally, the suspect is accused of punching the victim in the face.

When Totowa NJ police officers got to the scene, they found the victim bleeding from her head. The victim also sustained multiple injuries to her face and her hands.

The victim was taken to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey where doctors treater her for her injuries.

Meanwhile, police officers from a number of police departments, including Totowa, Paterson, Little Falls, and Woodland Park, conducted a joint investigation into the violent incident and tried to locate the suspect. Investigators found out that the suspect was a regular customer at the QuickChek store. They used this information to track the suspect to his apartment in Woodland Park, NJ.

The suspect was arrested and charged with numerous criminal offenses, including attempted murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

After being placed under arrested and charged, the suspect was remanded to the Passaic County Jail. He was being held at the correctional facility on a $750,000 bail amount.
