Former Passaic Mayor Sentenced to Prison for Corruption Charges

Passaic NJ Corruption ChargesThe former Passaic mayor was recently sentenced to more than two years in federal prison on bribery charges.

Alex Blanco was the previous mayor of Passaic NJ until he had to resign because of the corruption allegations. Blanco allegedly solicited bribes from developers and then gave federal housing funds to the developers.
