Paterson law enforcement officials arrested a local man accused of shooting someone on a city street earlier this year.
The suspect is a 23-year-old resident of Paterson in Passaic County, NJ. He allegedly used a handgun to shoot a 23-year-old man was walking on Rosa Parks Boulevard in Paterson, New Jersey on July 5, 2017.
