Paterson Attempted Murder SuspectA Paterson NJ man has been charged with attempted murder after he allegedly used a weapon to stab someone.

The suspect is a 30-year-old man from Paterson, New Jersey. According to Passaic County law enforcement officials, the suspect used a knife to attack the victim. The suspect allegedly committed violent crime around 8:30 a.m.

After the 38-year-old victim was stabbed, an unknown person reportedly drove him to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson, NJ. Doctors at the Paterson hospital treated the victim for serious stabbing wounds and later listed him in critical condition.

Meanwhile, the Paterson Police Department and the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office conducted a joint investigation into the assault and soon identified the assault suspect. Police later apprehended the suspect in Roberto Clemente Park in Paterson, NJ.

The suspect now faces several criminal charges, including charges for attempted murder, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and child endangerment.
