Police Capture Three Suspects in Paterson NJ Shooting

The suspects are a 20-year-old man, a 22-year-old man, and a 24-year-old man, all of whom are from Paterson in Passaic County, New Jersey. According to authorities, the three suspects committed the violent assault crime just before 2:30 a.m. in the area of Carroll Street and 12th Avenue in Paterson, NJ.

A Paterson NJ police officer was off duty and near the scene when he heard gunshots being fired. The officer rushed to the site of the shooting, where he reportedly saw the suspects fleeing and the victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound.

The victim, a 17-year-old girl visiting NJ from Michigan, was transported to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center and treated for her injuries. Hospital officials later said that the victim was in critical condition.

The Paterson Police Department and the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office conducted a joint investigation into the shooting and soon identified the three suspects.

It is believed by investigators that the suspects were targeting other people in the shooting and that the teen victim was just an innocent bystander.

Police have now captured the three suspects. The men face numerous criminal charges, including charges for attempted murder and aggravated assault. The suspects have also been charged with multiple criminal weapons charges for unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

Paterson Man, Firefighter Brother Both Face Murder Charges

Paterson Homicide SuspectA Paterson man has been charged with first degree murder for a fatal shooting on a city street.

The suspect is a 27-year-old man who lives in Paterson in Passaic County, NJ. His brother, a 30-year-old Paterson resident and firefighter, was already arrested and criminally charged in connection with the murder.

According to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office, the suspect drove the getaway vehicle after his brother shot the victim.

The suspect and the victim, a 39-year-old Paterson NJ man, reportedly got into a fight in the area of Essex Street and Madison Street in Paterson, New Jersey. The fight ended with the victim suffering a fatal gunshot wound.

Detectives with the Paterson Police Department investigated the fatal shooting and quickly identified the brother as the possible shooter. It took several months for police to identify the suspect as the possible driver of the getaway car.

Now both men are in police custody. The suspect who allegedly drove the car faces criminal charges for first degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder, as well as criminal weapons charges for unlawful possession of a weapon.

Paterson Police Investigate Shooting That Injured Local Teenager

The violent shooting happened a short time after 10:30 p.m. According to Passaic County NJ law enforcement officials, the 15-year-old victim was walking on Carroll Street in Paterson NJ when someone used a firearm to shoot in his direction.

The victim is a 15-year-old who lives in Paterson, New Jersey. After being shot, the teenage victim was transported to a local hospital and treated for a gunshot wound. Fortunately, he is expected to survive his injuries.

Paterson detectives canvassed the area around the site of the shooting, but police could not find the shooter.

The Paterson Police Department and the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office are actively investigating the shooting incident. Police Search for Women Who Allegedly Attacked Go-Go Dancer in Passaic, NJ

The theft was reported around 7:45 p.m. According to authorities, the victim is an employee at Platinum Dollz on Brighton Avenue in Passaic, New Jersey. The victim was reportedly ending her shift at the gentleman’s club when she exited the building and was violently attacked.

The victim later told police that she saw the two suspects outside the club and pretending to be sick. The victim went to help and was savagely beaten by the suspects. The suspects also allegedly stole the victim’s expensive handbag, as well as $2,000 in cash inside the handbag.

Passaic police detectives are investigating the assault and theft incident and attempting to determine the identities of the attackers. The suspects could face numerous criminal charges, including charges for aggravated assault and robbery.

Heroin Distribution Suspects Arrested in Paterson, Plead Guilty to Drug Crime Charges

Paterson NJ Drug Crime AttorneysTwo men were recently sentenced to prison for their roles in a drug distribution operation that distributed heroin throughout NJ, including Paterson.

The two suspects are a 27-year-old New Jersey man and a 40-year-old New Jersey man. They were arrested in Paterson, New Jersey after a major police investigation into an alleged drug distribution operation. Police also arrested 17 other people accused of selling heroin in Atlantic County and Ocean County, NJ.

According to authorities, the suspects had important roles in the drug trafficking network and sold heroin in Paterson, Atlantic City, and several other municipalities in New Jersey.

When the two suspects were captured in Paterson, NJ, police officers reportedly discovered them with a duffel bag containing a large amount of heroin and almost $24,000 in cash.

The suspects faced numerous drug crime charges, including charges for heroin distribution, heroin possession, drug trafficking, and conspiracy. They were able to avoid trial in the drug crime case by reaching a plea agreement with prosecutors and pleading guilty to charges for possession of heroin with intent to distribute.

Now the suspects are headed to prison after being officially sentenced in the case. They made appearances in court and were each formally sentenced to 10 years behind bars.

Paterson NJ Woman Allegedly Hid Firearm in Her Bra

Paterson New Jersey Criminal LawyersPassaic County law enforcement recently stopped a motor vehicle in Paterson New Jersey and arrested a female passenger accused of hiding a firearm in her bra.

Police officers pulled over the vehicle on Route 20 in Paterson NJ after reportedly noticing that the car was speeding and swerving on the roadway.
Police spoke to the driver, a 23-year-old Paterson man, and reportedly smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the motor vehicle.

Officers ordered both the driver and the female passenger out of the vehicle so that law enforcement could search the car for evidence of drugs.

Police also searched the female passenger and allegedly found her in possession of a loaded .38-caliber Taurus revolver and a small bag of marijuana. According to authorities, the weapon and the drugs were concealed in the suspect’s bra.

Both the driver and the passenger were arrested and taken to police headquarters.

The female suspect face numerous criminal charges, including charges for unlawful possession of a weapon and simple possession of marijuana.

If the suspect is ultimately convicted on the criminal weapons offense charges, she could potentially be sentenced to significant time in prison because the New Jersey Graves Act imposes stiff penalties for illegal handgun possession.

Paterson Cops Look for Suspect in Shooting on City Street

The violent crime was reportedly committed just after 10:00 p.m. in the area of Summer Street and Oak Street in Paterson, NJ. According to law enforcement, the victim was walking along Summer Street when someone used a gun to fire two gunshots at him.

The victim is a 22-year-old man from Paterson, NJ. He suffered gunshot wounds to his arm and his torso and needed to be hospitalized.

When Paterson cops and paramedics arrived at the site of the shooting, however, the victim was nowhere to be found. He was reportedly rushed via private vehicle to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson, NJ. Doctors at the hospital treated the victim for his wounds and listed him in stable condition.

Detectives with both the Paterson Police Department and the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office are conducting a joint investigation into the violent shooting. If investigators can identify and apprehend the shooter, he would probably be charged with aggravated assault and criminal weapons offenses, among other crimes.

Passaic NJ Police Investigate Fire That Burned Down Local Pizzeria

Passaic NJ Arson LawyersPassaic New Jersey police is investigating possible arson that destroyed a local pizza restaurant.

The fire occurred just before 10:00 p.m. at Bruno’s Pizzeria on the 600 block of Main Avenue in Passaic, NJ. The Passaic Police Department got a report of smoke coming from the pizza parlor and immediately sent officers and firefighters to the area.

According to law enforcement officials, the fire spread from the restaurant to a number of other businesses located on the same block. Several properties sustained significant property damage.

The good news is that no one was hurt due to the Passaic fire. Two families had to evacuate the properties, but they managed to escape without serious injury.

The Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office arson investigation unit and the Passaic Police Department are investigating the fire.

If authorities determine that someone started the fire on purpose, the culprit could face criminal charges for arson. N.J.S.A. 2C:17-1 stipulates that arson is a third degree crime that carries a penalty of 3-5 years in NJ State Prison.

Passaic NJ Man Charged with Sex Crimes in North Carolina

The suspect is a 36-year-old man from Passaic, NJ. He was residing in Cary, North Carolina when he reportedly used heroin to lure heroin addicts into a criminal enterprise that involved prostitution.

According to prosecutors, the suspect targeted women with heroin addictions and then gave them narcotics to persuade them to engage in prostitution. The suspect reportedly planned to have the victims perform sex acts on other men and then keep the proceeds.

Police investigated the situation and eventually placed the suspect under arrest. He was subsequently charged with a number of crimes, including human trafficking, sexual servitude, and aiding and abetting prostitution. It is possible that the suspect could face additional charges for other sex crimes, as well as drug crimes like possession of heroin and distribution of heroin.

Paterson NJ Man Pleads Guilty to Aggravated Manslaughter, Gets 20 Years Behind Bars

The suspect is a resident of Paterson, New Jersey. In 2014, he shot and killed the two underage victims on a Paterson NJ street. According to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office, the suspect used a firearm to shoot at a van parked in a Paterson NJ neighborhood.

One bullet ricocheted off the vehicle and hit a 12-year-old girl who happened to be riding past on a scooter. The victim was reportedly traveling to a nearby residence for a family gettogether.

The other shooting victim was a 16-year-old boy from Paterson, New Jersey. The suspect, and another man, allegedly targeted the male victim due to an earlier fight.

The Paterson NJ suspect could have faced life imprisonment if he had gone to trial on first degree murder charges and criminal weapons charges. However, he avoided trial in the case by reaching a plea agreement with the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.

The suspect has now been sentenced to 20 years in state prison. He recently appeared in Passaic County Superior Court, located in Paterson, for the formal sentencing hearing.
